ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the third respondent police to register FIR in accordance with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Cr.M.P.No.1390 of 2024 dated 08.05.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the learned Magistrate has passed an order dated 08.05.2024 in Cr.M.P.No.1390 of 2024 directing the respondent police to receive the complaint concerned and take necessary legal action in accordance with law and further directed the respondent police to file action taken report on or before 07.06.2024 and in pursuance of the said direction, the respondent police has filed a report on 12.08.2024 and that the learned Magistrate has not issued any direction directing the respondent police to register FIR.

3. Since the learned Magistrate has not issued any direction to register an FIR and as per the direction of the learned Magistrate, the respondent police has filed the report, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction. Hence, this Criminal 2/4
