This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has sent an offending message. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner suffers from 100% visual disability. 3.Though the contentions of the petitioner's counsel are quite persuasive, in view of the contentious nature of the facts, I am not in a position to entertain the same. Leaving open the respective contentions of the parties, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. If any adverse final report is filed, it is always open to the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
