ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint lodged by one Mr.Prabakaran, a case in Cr.No.119 of 2025 has been registered as against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 303(2) BNS. Further, he submits that the petitioner is having one previous case also. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the respondent Police to proceed further as against the petitioner.
