Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to settle the interest for the belated payment of retirement benefits payable to the petitioners with 18 percentage rate of interest within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
