Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-12. To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the responents to settle the interest for the belated payment of retirement benefits payable to the petitioners with 18 percentage rate of interest within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Honble court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. This contempt petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.6549 of 2021 dated 24.03.2021 has not been complied with. 2.Today(07.01.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
