ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and to earmark the four boundaries of the petitioner's property in S.No.58/68, to an extent of 2250 sq.ft., in Plot No. 60 out of 3 acre 33 cents at Andarkottaram Village, Madurai North Taluk, Theppakulam Sub Registration, Madurai District.

2. Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the respondents are ready to survey the land as per patta.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to survey and earmark the petition mentioned property. The petitioner shall submit all the relevant records to show her title to the property and the respondents shall, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and interested parties, hold an enquiry and thereafter proceed to pass orders either surveying and earmarking the property or rejecting 2/4

the request. In the case of a rejection, a speaking order shall be passed. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
