To set aside the decree and the judgment dated 15/12/2011 rendered in A.S.No.40 of 2007 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar reversing the decree and the judgment dated 20/03/2007 rendered in O.S.No.298 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif, Virudhunagar by allowing this Second appeal.
