O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct a survey of the petitioner's property in S.F. No. 223/7, Joint Patta No. 319, Siraganoor Village, Tiruchirappalli District, for the purpose of subdivision and to grant an individual patta in the petitioner's name, based on her online application No. 2023/0105/15/259614 dated 21.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the survey has already been completed, however, the only grievance of the petitioner is that the proceedings thereafter have not been issued by the respondents.

3. In response, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of respondents, submitted that the proceedings would be handed over to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to furnish the 2/4

proceedings of the survey already conducted to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
