O R D E R

The present application has been filed seeking to reopen the Contempt Petition in Cont. P. (MD) No. 260 of 2025, which was closed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 04.03.2025.

2. Mr. S. Ramsundarvijayaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the order which formed the subject matter of the Contempt Petition has not been complied with, and in view of the liberty granted by this Court on 04.03.2025, the present application has been filed to reopen the said Contempt Petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed. Consequently, the order dated 04.03.2025 passed in Cont. P. (MD) No. 260 of 2025 is set aside, and the Contempt Petition in Cont. P. (MD) No. 260 of 2025 is restored to file. 23.03.2026 (1/2) cmr
