ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent College to issue the petitioner's Transfer Certificate, Discontinuance Certificate, 10th and 12th Standard Certificates, Community Certificate, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Semester Mark Sheets, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the Transfer Certificate and the 12th Standard Mark Statement have already been issued to the petitioner's mother.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the said fact.

4. In view of the fact that the Transfer Certificate and the 12th Standard Certificate have already been issued to the petitioner's mother, it is open to the petitioner to take necessary steps to obtain the same from her. As regards the other certificates, the same shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. If the first respondent is unable to hand over the original mark statements, they shall obtain the same from the second respondent and issue them to the petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
