PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to recover the interest amount of Rs.1,57,790/-, as per the certificate dated 14.03.14 issued by the second respondent in pursuance of his award dated 22.09.10 in W.C.No.270 of 2007, together with 12% interest for the period from 11.04.2012, from the third and fourth respondents, within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court and to pay the same to the petitioner. 1/3
