ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for his high-handed activities while working as a Panchayat Secretary in Punnam Village Panchayat, Karur Paramathi Panchayat Union, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 2/4
would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2024 submitted on behalf of the villagers has been considered and rejected by the 3rd respondent on 31.07.2024. The copy of the rejection order was not served on the petitioner and it has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner by the Government Pleader.

In view of the rejection order dated 31.07.2024, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 31.07.2024, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
