ORDER
Mr.KA.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this Criminal Revision Case and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. He has also made an endorsement in that regard.
2.Mr.K.Muthurakkan, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Pragalathan, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Accordingly, in view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated and the file is consigned to record. No costs.
