ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the case in Appeal No.B11/2760 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned District Revenue Officer Court, Ramanathapuram within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the petitioner purchased Survey Nos.163/7B2 and 163/7B3 from one Palanimurugan. Thereafter, some changes were made in the FMB of revenue records in the measurements of the boundaries of Survey Nos.163/7B2 and 163/7B3 without any proper notice or proceedings. When the same was came to the knowledge of the petitioner, he made objections to the Sub Collector, Paramakudi. After enquiry, based on the report submitted by the Surveyors, the Sub Collector has cancelled the entire sub divisions in the original S.No.163/7B. But the Tahsildar has inducted the names of the second respondent alone in the patta pass book by leaving behind the name of the petitioner, who also has an equal right to get their names inducted in the patta pass book of the said survey number. petitioner challenging the said Sub Collector's order, preferred an appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram, and the same is pending very long time. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Revenue Officer Court, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned District Revenue Officer Court, Ramanathapuram to dispose of the case in Appeal No.B11/2760 of 2024 pending on his file, within a period of three (3) months from the date of 3/5

receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
