Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to complete the proceedings of the first respondent dated 04.10.2024 and the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 15.10.2024 and the proceedings of the fifth respondent dated 18.11.2024 and consequently direct the respondents to continuously provide drinking water facility to the petitioner in Tharakudi Village, Attangudi Post, Ramanathapuram District under Jal Jeevan scheme by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
