ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 and 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.262 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.On the earlier occasion, considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioners.

3.Now, this second bail petition is filed by the petitioners stating that the co-accused was enlarged on bail. Hence, prays to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.17450 of 2022 4.In this case, the co-accused was arrested and enlarged on bail. Considering the fact that the petitioners are having four previous cases, there is no change in circumstances to exercise discretionary relief of this Court to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail, though this is the second petition. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
