PRAYER : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forebear the 2nd respondent to make any registration in respect of the land in S.No.2341 /5 in Patta No.1189 in an extent of 1 Acre 10 Cents without considering the objection made by the Petitioner dated 18.07.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forebear the 2nd respondent to make any registration in respect of the land in S.No.2341 /5 in Patta No.1189 in an extent of 1 Acre 10 Cents without considering the objection made by the Petitioner's dated 18.07.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the parties who are intending to register the document.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
