ORDER

As per the direction passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9958 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023, the respondent police conducted the investigation and during the course of investigation, all the parties appeared before the enquiry Officer. During the course of investigation, the allegation and the counter allegation have been made against the each parties. The Counter parties gave a statement that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner and also stated that the occurrence is true and if any trouble arises in future, the petitioner can workout his remedy through the legal proceedings. On that basis, the further action has been dropped on 10.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the enquiry report has not been communicated to the petitioner so far. 2/4

3. In view of the above said development, this contempt petition is closed and the second respondent police is directed to serve the enquiry report to the petitioner.
