ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 11.07.2023 to the respondents 2 and 3 requesting them to survey her land situated in Survey No.685 at Puliyur Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that these type of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a stipulated time.

In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey, after issuing notice to the objectors, if any, as per Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act and conclude the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
