ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to remove the name of the 4th respondent in Patta No.1 in S.No.No.623 at Manoor Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. From the typed set of papers, it is clear that the petitioner filed similar writ petition in W.P(MD)No.16095 of 2024 and the same was disposed by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of 2/4
the petitioner dated 13.10.2017 and pass final orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the said direction issued by this Court is not complied with by the official respondents, it is for the petitioner to explore the remedy available under the law, including the filing of contempt petition. Hence, the second writ petition filed by the petitioner with similar prayer is not maintainable.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file contempt petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
