ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey for the petitioner's land comprised in Sub-Division No.1/13 in Old Re-Survey No.1 and in New Re-Survey No.1/1 situate as Plot Nos.69 and 70 at Karuppapillaiyenthal Village, 2/4

Madurai North Taluk and to remove the road running through his land.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submit that survey was conducted and the patta stand in the name of the petitioner was also cancelled.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
