The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that they had passed an order considering the petitioner's representation, therefore, the respondents have obeyed the order passed by this Court.
2.This Court ordered to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of G.O.No.111 and G.O.No.247. The respondents have passed an order considering in the light of G.O.Nos.111, 247 and 74. In the present case, the stand of the Government is that the petitioner is only part time employees and they are not entitled to regularization. Accepting the said order passed by the Government, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no contempt. 2/4
