This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 03.11.2014 seeking removal of the name of the third respondent from the legal heirship certificate issued by the second respondent dated 20.11.2013.
2. A legal heir certificate has been issued certifying the petitioner, third respondent and two others as legal heirs of the deceased one Velusamy. Without challenging the same, the petitioner had filed this writ petition. It is for the petitioner to challenge the said legal heir certificate. Hence, this writ petition cannot be entertained. But, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said legal heir certificate in the manner known to law.
