No.A16/25224/2000 dated 27.08.2014, quash the same, direct the respondent to effect name transfer of the lease in favour of the petitioner with reference to the Shop No.496 and 495, V.E.Road, Thoothukudi renew the lease and fix the monthly rent for the said shop on par with rents paid in Shop Nos.492, 492A, 493, 498, 499 and 500 V.E. Road.
