ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 465, 466, 468 and 477A IPC and Sections 66C and 66D of Information Technology Act 2000 in Crime No.27 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 01.08.2025. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
