ORDER
The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.315 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli to Family Court, Theni District.
2. Pending transfer civil miscellaneous petition, the matter was referred to mediation by this Court and the parties have settled the matter between themselves. As per the settlement, the parties have agreed to dissolve the marriage amicably by mutual consent.
3. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for in the transfer civil miscellaneous petition and the same is closed. The parties are at liberty to approach the Family Court, Tirunelveli for converting the H.M.O.P into mutual consent application. If any such application is filed, the learned Family Court, Tirunelveli is directed to consider the same and pass orders without insisting for the cooling period of six (6) months.

4. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
