ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to his life and limb, based on his representation dated 31.07.2025.

2. The petitioner claims that he is a social worker and for his social activities, he has been targeted by the villagers.

3. On the other hand, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner's brother one Ganesan has misbehaved with a girl student. Therefore, a complaint has been registered as against the petitioner's brother. On the villagers' protest, the petitioner's brother has also been transfered. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this complaint as against those persons, who have conducted protest as against the petitioner's 2/4

brother. According to the learned Government Advocate, it is a motivated complaint, in order to take revenge on the persons, who have conducted protest as against the petitioner's brother.

4. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

5. Though the petitioner claims that he is a social worker and for his social activities, he has been targeted by the villagers, there is no material produced before this Court to prove the same. In the absence of any material, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
