ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.07.2022 and to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property in S.No. 117/4B situated at Mela Mudukulathur Village, Mudukulathur Taluk,

The case of the petitioner is that she had purchased the property in S.No.117/4B situated at Mela Mudukulathur Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in Document No.1184/2021 and the Patta also stands in her name. Since the adjacent land owners made obstructions to the property, the petitioner made an application to the first respondent to survey and demarcate the property and a criminal complaint was also registered in this regard. Since the said application has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent.

Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to survey and demarcate the property in S.No.117/4B situated at Mela Mudukulathur Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, with the police protection if necessary, by considering the petitioner's application dated 13.07.2022, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
