None appears for the writ petitioner.
2. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment. However, the encroachers have not made as parties. The petitioner wants the memorandum dated 20.02.2015 issued by the first respondent to be enforced. I went through the contents of the memorandum. It is rather general in nature. Since the affected parties have not been impleaded, I am not inclined to issue any direction.
3. This writ petition is dismissed accordingly. The rights of the petitioner are left open. If the petitioner has any subsisting grievance, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court again for relief. 14.07.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA To 1.The District Collector, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar.
