2. The only request made by the petitioner is that the third respondent should conduct enquiry into his representation. In fact, a similar direction had earlier been passed by this Court on 10.08.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.17842 of 2022.

The third respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be put on notice before passing the final order. 2/4
