The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an inquiry by way of considering the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.585 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the private respondent for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
