ORDER
This case has been filed by the petitioner seeking to disburse the Gratuity, Provident Fund and other monetary benefits of the petitioner and when this case came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents had circulated the official communication from the Managing Director of Karambakudi Co-operative Primary Agricultural Bank Limited to the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Aranthangi recommending to disburse the Gratuity, Provident Fund and other monetary benefits belonging to the petitioner.
2. In view of the same, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.09.2021 thereby disbursing the Gratuity, Provident Fund and other monetary benefits to whatever the 2/5
petitioner is eligible within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
