O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No1, Kulithalai, Karur District in Crl.M.P.No.972 of 2023, dated 28.04.2023 and consequently direct the second respondent to register the complaint.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that basing on the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai in Crl.M.P.No.972 of 2023, dated 28.04.2023, the police have registered a case in Cr.No.23 of 2023, dated 23.08.2023 under Sections 468, 120(b) and 420 of IPC and the investigation is pending.

3. Since the very purpose for which the petition is filed has already been fulfilled and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
