O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner basing on a complaint given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are money disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 and keeping in that view, the respondent No.3 has filed a false complaint, basing on which the respondent Nos.1 and 2 police are harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that basing on the complaint given by one Rani Subathra, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.249 of 2023 and after completion of the investigation, the charge sheet is filed before the concerned Court.

It is submitted that there is no complaint filed by the respondent No.3 against the petitioner and the petitioner basing on the demand made by the respondent No.3 to return the money back in advance has filed this petition, as if the respondent No.3 files a complaint against the petitioner.

registered as CSR.No.626 of 2023 and the enquiry is still pending and reported further that within short time, the police will complete the enquiry, insofar as the request of the petitioner is concerned.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.626 of 2023 as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
