2.The respondent is present before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the said enquiry, final report was submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, on 30.07.2023, closing the further process of enquiry, on the ground that the complaint has been given with exaggerated facts. 3.Let the petitioner receive proper notice from the concerned Court and workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall serve the papers upon the counsel for the petitioner.
