ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.06.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.15040 of 2025.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that Form I and Form II notices were already issued to the encroachers in water body. Final notice will be issued and thereafter, encroachment in water body will be removed without any further delay and within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
