The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2. The photocopies enclosed in the typed set of papers indicate that the petitioner's allegations are well founded.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is running a Coffee Bar near TASMAC liquor shop without any license. If that be so, the second respondent has to proceed with the matter in the manner known to law.
