Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURALI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 393 days in filing the above Revision.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the account opened by the Registrar Judicial, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, in the Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai, for donating law books to a Separate Section in the name of "Madurai Bench of Madras High Court" in Kalaignar Centenary Library, Madurai. Out of the funds collected under this Account, the Honourable 2/4
