ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his property in new S.No.242/4 along with the houses situated in Door Nos.169 & 169/1 at East Tiruchendur Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Hence, nothing survives was further adjudication in this petition.
