ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4
528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the third respondent has to pay Rs.30 lakhs to the petitioner, the petitioner has issued legal notice, for which, the third respondent has sent a reply notice and that thereafter the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and on that basis, the second respondent has been harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.283 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and subsequently, the third respondent has given a representation and the same is pending. He would further submit that since there existed money dispute between the parties, they have decided to close the matter.
