For Respondent : Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 130 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.130 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This is the fourth anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. Considering the grievuous nature of offence and considering the manner in which the above offences are said to have been committed the earlier applications were dismissed by this Court. The Watchman of the TASMAC shop was tied with rope and thereafter committed robbery. The such nature of offences requires thorough custodial interrogation.
