This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the Crime No.84/2023 from the second respondent Police Station to some other police station or any other investing officer or to some other impartial investigation agency based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.134 of 2024.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
