Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ATHAM ALI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10047 of 2015 on 03.07.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.By the order dated 03.072015, bail was granted to the petitioner with certain conditions. But later, the petitioner is involved in another case. So he was arrested and he could not comply the above said condition, thereafter, he was released on bail in the subsequent murder case also.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the respondent Police and the case is transferred to the Special Court for Bomb Blast, Poonamallee, now it is stated to be pending before that Court.

5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10047 of 2015 on 03.07.2015 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Special Court regularly without fail. sd/- 04/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /11/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S. ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
