3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous, in view of the fact that the petitioner had challenged the impugned selection which pertains to the year 2014 and the selection process has also got over in the year 2015 itself. 4.In view of the same, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous.
