PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.213 of 2003 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.5 herein, who was arrested on 02.02.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 399 & 402 of IPC in Crime No.213 of 2003, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.Earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on the ground that warrant was issued against the petitioner and only after three years, it was executed. So the petitioner was permitted to revive the bail application after the examination of P.W.1.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that because of non co-operating even for framing of charges by one after other accused person the matter has been dragging on. The respondent police present before this Court and submitted that A3 has been secured only yesterday.

CRL OP(MD).
