(MD).No.1432 of 2023 dt.24.2.2023.

Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.12256 of 2023 the petitioner was taking treatment in Tirupur, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.01.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1432 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
