ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

2. The writ petitioner has given a complaint dated 24.08.2022 demanding that action should be taken against the third respondent. Whether to initiate action against an employee or not is left to the discretion of the employer. It is not for this Court to give any positive direction. Now that the employer has been appraised of certain facts, it is for the employer to take a call in the matter.
