The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to take appropriate action against the third respondent based on the complaint, dated 19.08.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner so far.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the private respondent for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
