ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has received money from one Poopandiyammal for executing sale deed and failed to execute the sale deed. Therefore, the said Poopandiyammal has lodged a complaint and the petitioner has also lodged a complaint, based on which, petitions enquiry has been initiated in CSR.Nos.700 & 556 of 2025. After preliminary enquiry, they have found that it is a civil dispute and therefore, they have closed both the complaints. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
