(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 255 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed this petition stating that there are no ample reason for the delay caused in filing the appeal. 4.Considering the nature of the issue involved in this appeal and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 255 days, however, on payment of costs. 5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing 2/3

which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
